Sunny Beach is the biggest and most popular
international beach resort in Bulgaria. This the only popular beach resort in
Bulgaria where we have a well developed property market. The reason for this is
that there is private land available in the resort where building companies are
able to develop apartment buildings and holiday villages. Being extremely
popular in UK, Western Europe, Russia and Bulgaria this resort is attracting
